Toby Keith is an American country-music singer-songwriter, record producer, and performer. Keith introduced his first four studio albums— 1994’s Boomtown, 1993’s Toby Keith, 1996’s Blue Moon and 1997’s Desire Walkin ‘, plus a Greatest-Hits package for assorted sections of Mercury Records before leaving Mercury in 1998. These records all attained gold or more certificate, and made several chart singles, including his introduction Should’ve Been a Cowboy, which topped the nation charts and was the most-played country tune of the 90’s. The tune has got three million spins since its launch, based on Broadcast Audio Incorporated.
