Eagles

The Eagles are an American rock-band formed in La in 1971 by Glenn Frey , Don Henley , Bernie Leadon , and Randy Meisner.

With five-number-one singles, six Grammy Awards , five American Songs Awards , and six-number one albums, the Eagles were one of the very successful musical functions of the seventies. At the conclusion of the twentieth century, 2 of their albums, Their Greatest-Hits (1971–1975) and Resort California , rated among the 20 best selling albums in the USA according to the Recording Business Association of America Resort California is rated 37th in Rolling Stone ‘ s listing of The 500 Greatest Albums of All Time, along with the group was rated number 75 on the journal’s 2004 listing of the 100 Best Artists of All Time.

They are simply one of the whole world’s best selling groups ever , having offered over 150 million records —100-million in the US only—including 42 million copies in Their Greatest Hits (1971–1975) and 32 million copies of Resort California They are the fifth-greatest-marketing music act and maximum-selling American group in US background. No American group sold more records compared to Eagles through the seventies.

The Eagles launched their self titled debut record in 1972, which spawned three top-40 singles: Go Easy, Witchy Girl, and Peaceful Simple Feeling. Their next record, Desperado (1973), was less-successful than the first, achieving only quantity 41 on the graphs; neither of its singles attained the top-40. Yet, the record featured 2 of the group’s most famous tracks: Desperado and Tequila Sunrise. They introduced On the Border in 1974, including guitarist Don Felder mid way through the record of the record. The record created two top-40 singles: Previously Gone and their very first number one, Greatest of My Love.

It wasn’t until 1975’s One of These Evenings the Eagles became arguably Usa’s largest group. The record contained three best 10 singles: One of These Evenings, Lyin’ Eyes, and Go to the Limit, the very first reaching the best of the graphs. They continued that achievement and reach their business peak in late 1976 with the launch of Resort California , which may go to sell more than 16 million copies in the US solely and more than 32 million copies globally. The record produced two number one singles, New Child in City and Resort California. They launched their last studio album for almost 28 years in 1979 with The Lengthy Run , which spawned three best 10 singles: Heart-Ache Tonight, The Extended Haul, and I Cannot Let You Know Why, the direct single being still another chart-topping success.
