Rod Stewart is a British rock singer songwriter. Produced and raised in London, he is of Scottish and English roots. Stewart is among the best-selling music musicians ever , having marketed over 100million records global.

In the United Kingdom, he has received six back-to-back number one albums , and his tally of 62 hit singles contain 31 that attained the best 10, six which obtained the number one standing. He has already established 16 top-ten singles in the US, with four achieving number one on the Billboard Hot 100 In 2007, he obtained a CBE at Buckingham Palace for solutions to music.

Roderick David Stewart came to be on 10 January 1945 at 507 Archway Street, Highgate, North London , the youngest of five kids of Robert Stewart and Elsie Gilbart. His dad was Scottish and had been a learn contractor in Leith , Edinburgh, while Elsie was English and had developed in Upper Holloway in North London.
